Masterclass with Chef Stephen Frazer

On 3 August, we start the month off with the return of the Masterclass with Stephen Fraser. The Masterclass will take place on the first Wednesday of every month where we invite guests to experience a mouth-watering journey, unlocking new techniques and finding out the secrets that has made Chef Stephen a master of his trade.

Lanzerac Live

Back from its hiatus, Lanzerac Winter Live returns every Friday night from 5 August until the 28th of October 2022. Take a break and come and enjoy an eventful Friday evening with live music (Ethan Florus) while enjoying either a three-course or five-course dinner.
