Lanzerac looking for an attention to detail, hardworking, vibrant and energetic Maintenance handyman to join our team
Duties
- Basic electrical work: installation/replacement of light bulbs/switches/plugs, pool pumps, kitchen equipment, dstv etc
- General building maintenance: replacement of door locks & handles, replace window panes, plastering/ painting/repairing ceilings etc.
- Basic plumbing maintenance: repair leaking taps/pipes/repairing toilets and gutters etc.
- Maintain and service of aircon units
- General equipment and resource maintenance
- General utility services as required
Requirements
- Basic literacy and communication skills (Afrikaans and/or English)
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in general maintenance/similar position
- Must be prepared to work overtime and shifts
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- None smokers only please
- Must be vaccinated
- Clean criminal record
Must be available for interview in person, preferably Stellenbosch based
