Father’s Day is drawing near, and while planning something memorable can prove difficult, you can still make dad feel extra special this year. On the 21st June, spoil the important man in your life with either a family feast affair or a delicious Braai pack delivered to his door.

Chef Stephen Fraser and his team are back with a mouth-watering Father’s Day meal to be enjoyed at home, straight from the kitchen of Lanzerac. The beautifully packaged meal will be delivered fresh, directly to dad’s door in the Stellenbosch area. The menu includes a gourmet four-course Sunday lunch complemented by a selection of sides.

The starter will be a delicate twice-baked cheese souffle with saffron apple, honeyed nuts, beetroot, pomegranate and herb salad. The main course is a traditional Beef Wellington served with potato and leek gratin, braised sweet potato and biltong salt-roasted carrots. Lunch is rounded off with a decadent chocolate ganache slice with salted caramel, raspberry and white chocolate mousse, and fudge crumble. The cost of this delectable Lanzerac lunch is R900 for two people or R1450 for a family of four (two adults and two children).

If you are looking for something more relaxed, treat dad to a perfectly seasoned, and fully prepared Braai pack for lunch or dinner. Lanzerac will do all the preparation and have the order ready and delivered to his door. Included on the Braai menu will be an assortment of dishes and sides such as, bacon wrapped venison loin, salted lamb ribs & skaapstertjies, peri-peri chicken skewers, roast rainbow carrot salad with garden herbs, sesame & orange glaze and potato salad with sour cream, spring onions & biltong rub. To end, enjoy a decedent smores rocky road with marshmallows, cookie dough, salted caramel, chocolate, pecan praline & coconut biscuit. A pack for four guests will cost R1000.
