Work hours:
9 hours per day, five days per week (late shifts, weekends, public holidays, split shifts,
overtime and last-minute changes)
Duties:
• Day to day management of Tasting room & Deli.
• Maintain and improve the high quality of service to ensure guests receive 5-star
experiences.
• Assuming responsibility for the overall operations of outlets.
• Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers and accounting
for daily sales. Ensure that accounting is correct and complete at the end of the business
day.
• Handle all guest experience issues in a courteous and respectful manner.
• To learn and uphold the principles and goals of Lanzerac.
• Ability to work most weekends and holidays.
• All duties associated with managerial position.
• Any other duties assigned.
Must have:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in food & beverage service
• Wine Knowledge
• People skills
• Own transport
• Well groomed
Must be:
• Energetic
• Loyal and hard working
• Punctual
• Hard working
