Vacancy: Restaurant Manager

Department: Food & Beverage

Work hours: 9 hours per day, five days per week (late shifts, weekends, public holidays, split shifts,
overtime and last-minute changes)

Duties:
• Day to day management of outlet assigned to
• Maintain and improve the high quality of service to ensure guests receive 5-star experiences
• Assuming responsibility for the overall operations of outlets
• Responsible for meeting sales goals
• Develop innovative ideas in conjunction with managers to ensure continuation of outlets
• Handle routine purchasing transactions, including operating cash registers and accounting for daily sales.
Ensure that cash accounting is correct and complete at the end of the business day.
• Responsible for staff schedule and training
• Handle all guest experience issues in a courteous and respectful manner
• To learn and uphold the principles and goals of Lanzerac
• Ability to work most weekends and holidays
• All duties associated with managerial position
• Any other duties assigned

Must have:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position
• Wine Knowledge
• People skills
• Own transport
• Well groomed

Must be:

• Punctual
• Hard Working
