Department: Food & Beverage
Work hours: 9 hours per day, five days per week (including late shifts, weekends, public holidays, split shifts, overtime and last-minute changes)
Duties:
- Day to day duties associated with Sommelier.
- Sourcing of new products and keeping up to date with offers as well as guests tastes and requirements.
- Food & wine service knowledge.
- Provide guest with high quality service that is consistent with a 5-star experience.
- Handle all guests on the Estate in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Ensures a positive guest experience by providing exemplary guest service.
- Stock management of wines and other products.
- Share with and train other team members’ knowledge on food & wine pairing
- Reviewing and analysing sales to ensure stock rotation and profitability remains within targets.
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
- Or any other duties assigned.
