This year we invite you to take a seat at our long table where an abundant feast awaits, reminiscent of time-old tradition. Indulge in sharing plates served to the table, with dishes such as lamb rib bonbons, springbok scone pie, and pampoen poffertjies, to name just a few. And with re-imagined delicacies like milk tart eclairs, dadel vingers, and malva pudding, our Executive Chef, Stephen Fraser, and his esteemed team, will ensure masterpieces created for a celebration.
