Very Professional and Relaxation Atmosphere 5 Starts for the therapist and her professionalism.The view is amazing and the decor is one of a kind. Very friendly staff and very neat overall. I will definitely recommend to all.

Wonderful Spa What a wonderful addition to our trip to South Africa to have treatment at fabulous spa with unbelievable views and very relaxing environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our 90 min massages followed by an amazing exceptional dining experience at the Manor Kitchen! You will not be disappointed!

Lanzerac Beautiful grounds and setting and a very peaceful spot. Service is generally excellent - and breakfast is delicious. We enjoyed the food in the Taephus Restaurant more preferable than Manor Kitchen .(everything seemed to have sugar/something sweet in it which we don't like) Our room was lovely and not too noisy despite being near the outside pool. It is a very relaxed and peaceful spot, easy drive or Uber into Stellenbosch (it's not walkable really). Staff are generally very helpful and polite. Outside pool is busy if it's the weekend or school holidays- but outside of these times it's great. Gym disappointing - very small (hence prob why you can't find any information or photo on website) - and only one treadmill which everyone wants to use pre 10am. Pre-breakfast it was mobbed, hard to find a space, and no chance of getting to use treadmill....however, running outside locally was very safe so there are options. If you are picking a hotel on gym facilities this is not the one.

Best service ever! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in ! The most amazing service from every single person - completely unprompted and above snd beyond- and so friendly. The three restaurants are all lovely- sushi at the spa delicious. Enjoyed the personal wine tasting and just relaxing by the very quiet pool. The highlight of our trip. Thank you.

Exceptional, elegant and friendly! Lanzerac is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. Beautiful setting, elegant public rooms and manicured grounds. Our room was exceptionall. The hotel staff managed to achieve the difficult balance of relaxed attentiveness and friendliness. We loved the Deli and the Manor Kitchen. The Prestige Pinotage was off the scale but all of the wines were superb.
