STELLENBOSCH VILLAGE MUSEUM

The history of Stellenbosch is portrayed in a novel way at the Stellenbosch
Village Museum.

Instead of rooms full of photos and remnants of yesteryear, this museum has chosen to represent the architectural and historical context of the town in four different houses, each with its own design, look and feel. The houses, their interiors and their gardens have been wonderfully restored, furnished, planted and decorated to illustrate the particular style and taste of the time.

E-BIKE WINE TOURS

Cycle with an e-bike through the picturesque Jonkershoek Valley and visit two wine farms that are conveniently close to each other and linked with cycling tracks that make cycling safe.

Electric Bicycles or “e-bikes” handle like a normal bicycle but, the electric component augments human power and do not completely replace it. They are fitted with a motor and a battery. The moment you start to pedal, the motor kicks in and assists you on your journey! This makes cycling more fun with less effort. Your Guide will assist you in understanding your e-bike as well as adjusting the seat post and handing out helmets.

Ashia is a world-class cheetah sanctuary and working farm outside Paarl, a mere 20 minutes from Stellenbosch town.
